  Training Methodology: 'Corporate Driven Mode'- A Process
 
 

Step 1:  We interact with you and your team to arrive at a close fit. This helps our analysts to evaluate the following:

  1. Level of expertise of the Trainees
  2. Level of expertise necessary
  3. Deliverables requirements analysis – We understand specific requirements of the project that the trainees will be working after the training
  4. Type of environment at the Client site – We analyze the other sets of tools and utilities that the client environment has.

Step 2: The knowledge gained from Step 1, helps us customize our training to the client environment – this would serve to narrow the application gap as our training provides not just enhancement but the ability to apply that knowledge in a real world situation. This is a communication intensive process that helps both of us to decide what needs to be included and what needs to be excluded from the course.


Step 3: Provide a Best-Fit Training Program that is customized to the Clients requirement and environment. These programs involve intensive training initiative including theoretical knowledge transfer, highly interactive and extensive lab sessions, developing sample applications relating to existing systems and applications. These programs will be handled not by individuals, but by a team of well-experienced experts comprising Instructors and technical consultants.
